Welcome to Rollo.
By downloading, accessing, or using Rollo, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use the app.
Using Rollo
Rollo is provided for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.
You may use the app on devices that you own or control, subject to the rules of the platform through which you downloaded it.
You may not copy, modify, redistribute, reverse engineer, resell, or attempt to extract Rollo's source code except where applicable law expressly allows it.
Apple's standard App Store terms similarly treat apps as licensed rather than sold and limit redistribution, sublicensing, reverse engineering, and modification.
App Content
The Rollo name, visual identity, game design, graphics, interface, illustrations, and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Using Rollo does not give you ownership of these materials.
Purchases
Rollo may offer optional purchases or additional content.
Any purchases made through the App Store are processed by Apple and are also subject to Apple's applicable payment and App Store terms.
Updates & Changes
We're always trying to make Rollo better.
Features, levels, themes, functionality, or other parts of the app may occasionally be added, changed, or removed.
We may also release updates to improve performance, security, or compatibility.
Availability
We try to keep Rollo working smoothly, but we can't promise that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, or completely error-free.
Temporary interruptions may happen because of maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control.
Acceptable Use
Please don't use Rollo in a way that damages the app, interferes with other users, attempts to bypass security measures, or violates applicable laws.
Disclaimer
Rollo is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Your experience may vary depending on your device, operating system, and other technical factors.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rollo and its creators will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Ending Your Use
You can stop using Rollo whenever you want by deleting the app from your device.
We may restrict access where necessary if these Terms are seriously violated or where required by law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally as Rollo evolves.
When changes are made, we'll update the date shown at the top of this page.
Continuing to use Rollo after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by applicable law.
